13.9 @ 95 in the Impala. Most of you guys were there and that was smoking the tire a good part of the way through the 60ft. (burned out Auburn) Almost had Dan beat that day until he started getting his launch down

14.2 @ 97 in the Caprice, justa tune, exhaust and CAI, no posi either!
13.7 @ 101 in my old '77 Trans Am bone stock original 400 4/speed but with 1970 RA heads, open shaker, tweaked carb, headers and 7" cheater slicks, M&H Racemaster, still got the slicks and original shaker scoop. Stuck in a RA IV spec cam and she really flew, smoked the tires going in 2nd, squealed them and left marks going into 3rd and barked them hitting 4th, never got it to the track after the cam swap though. I miss that car!14.5 @ ? '79 Monte Carlo w/mild 350, headers Edelbrock etc., 3.23 posi, much better then the stock 267 that run blistering 18's, or was it 19's? I forgot! High 14's, my first car a '67 LTD 390 4bbl. Never took it to the track but easily beat car that ran known high 14's and very low 15s. 12.65 @ 118, current '67 Galaxie but with the old 460. Yes, the mph, 118, is correct. I was running 235x70-15s (white walls at that!). Slicks woulda put her in the low 11's easy. I should have kept that motor, even with the cost of gas today.

ummm...12.6@120...that's what happens when you spin all the way down the track on stock tires. I've got D/R's now.

My old Caprice ran a 13.970 @ 97 before I sold it to Jason and he tore it apart. I never really got to launch it right.
It would have been in the mid-13s if I could get a sub-2.0 60', but I only raced it twice. Now this Ford I have...supposedly the 04's are high 14, low 15 second cars, but it just doesn't have the torque that I like. =(
